This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or adjustments may be issued.

1. Service-Based Nature of Locksmith Work

Because locksmith services are performed on-site and tailored to each customer’s needs, most services are non-refundable once completed. However, if you are not satisfied with the work, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Adjustments

Refunds or partial refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Service Not Completed – If we are unable to complete the requested service due to circumstances within our control.

  • Workmanship Concerns – If there is a verifiable issue with the quality of our locksmith work that cannot be resolved through follow-up service.

  • Overpayment – If a billing error results in an overcharge.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in these cases:

  • Customer provides incorrect service location or details.

  • Locks, keys, or security systems fail due to pre-existing damage or unrelated mechanical failure.

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Completed services where the issue is unrelated to the work we performed.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund or service adjustment:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the service date.

  2. Provide your invoice number, service details, and a description of the concern.

  3. We may request photos, videos, or a follow-up visit to evaluate the situation.

5. Resolution Process

Our goal is to resolve all refund requests quickly and fairly. Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Issue a partial or full refund.

  • Provide a follow-up service at no additional cost.

  • Offer a credit toward future locksmith services.
